O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the person or body of the detenue namely, Lakshmi, aged about 34 years, daughter of A.Muthu, before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The case of the Petitioner is that the detenue was married to the third respondent herein/Atheeswaran in the year 2017. It is alleged that during the course of matrimonial life, the third respondent harassed the detenue and hence a complaint was given in the year 2018. It is further stated that in view of the harassment, the detenue was depressed and hence, she left the matrimonial home on 11.3.2019 and thereafter, a complaint was given on 17.3.2019. Since no action was taken, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

H.C.P.(MD) No.634 of 2020 3.The detenue and the Petitioner appeared before this court through video conferencing and on enquiry, the detenue stated that she is now residing at Chennai and she is preparing for competitive examinations and she is now willing to go with the father, the Petitioner herein.
4.In the light of the above statement made by the detenue, no further adjudication is required in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, the same stands closed.
