Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the order of remand dated 12.09.2019 passed in C.M.A.No.49 of 2017 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Tuticorin, preferred against the order dated 31.07.2017 passed in E(C)/F100/8/2016/Estate/D1726, on the file of the respondent herein.

Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these Civil Revision Petitions.
