ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the larger prayer has been sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice that the fourth respondent is directed to consider the pending representation made by the petitioner dated 13.10.2018, on the premise that the fourth respondent cannot construct shops on the land belonging to the temple.

2. Considering the above, this Court is inclined to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2018, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of the said representation within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
