This petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.432 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that already they have completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court even without issuing notice to the second respondent inclined to pass orders in this petition.
4. The prayer of the petitioners is to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 432 of 2022 and already the first respondent police have completed the Page No. 2 of 4
investigation and filed the final report before the concerned Court, and as per F.I.R there are specific allegations to constitute the offences, it is for the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved. In view of the same, preserving the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
