After this Court expressed its mind that the Writ Petition cannot be maintained, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought for liberty to work out his remedy in the pending suit in O.S.No.207 of 2020. In view of this request, it is left open to the petitioner to raise all the grounds in the pending suit. This Writ Petition is closed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
