ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to entertain and register the document of sale deed or gift settlement deed or any other deed of conveyance to be presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.295 to an extent of 1.74.0 Hectare equivalent to 4.30 Acre, 296 to an extent of 0.35.0 Hectare equivalent to 86 cents and 297/3 to ane xtent of 0.29.5 Hectare equivalent to 73 cents and in total 2.38.5 Hectare equivalent to 5.89 Acres of land situated at Iron Raja Patti Village, Puthur Panchayat Union within the jurisdiction of Ettaiyapuram Sub Registrar Office, Palayamkottai Registration District.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that if the document is presented for registration, if it is otherwise in order, the same will be registered. 2/5

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to present the document for registration in respect of the properties comprised in Survey Nos.295 to an extent of 1.74.0 Hectare equivalent to 4.30 Acre, 296 to an extent of 0.35.0 Hectare equivalent to 86 cents and 297/3 to an extent of 0.29.5 Hectare equivalent to 73 cents and in total 2.38.5 Hectare equivalent to 5.89 Acres of land situated at Iron Raja Patti Village, Puthur Panchayat Union within the jurisdiction of Ettaiyapuram Sub Registrar Office, Palayamkottai Registration District and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the same in accordance with law.
