This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the respondent dated 20.09.2014 in TPT No.333/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant patta to the Petitioner for the properties in Survey Nos.94/3, 37/720, 37/681, 13/2, 146/2, 11/1, 35/7 of Nattarasankottai Group Survey Nos.90/3A, 85/11, 92/6, 2/8, 2/15, 3/2, 3/4, 3/15, 4/5 of Chennalakudi Group Survey No.216/2, 301/2, 302/4 of Gowripatti group. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of the respondent, dated 20.09.2014, in TPT No.333/2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant patta to the Petitioner for the properties in Survey Nos.94/3, 37/720, 37/681, 13/2, 146/2, 11/1, 35/7 of Nattarasankottai Group, Survey Nos.90/3A, 85/11, 92/6, 2/8, 2/15, 3/2, 3/4, 3/15, 4/5 of Chennalakudi Group Survey No.216/2, 301/2, 302/4 of Gowripatti group.
2. In the order dated 20.09.2014, it is stated that since the petitioner did not appear on 12.06.2014, the respondent could not effect patta transfer, as sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition. Whereas, the said statement is stoutly opposed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Therefore, in order to give quietus to this matter, the petitioner is permitted to send a representation afresh along with a copy of this order and also along with the supportive documents to the respondent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of the same, the respondent herein is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks, thereafter. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
