O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.177 of 2018 and to file a final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed and the final report is also made ready and the same will be filed before the concerned Court within a month.

3. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to file the final report before the concerned Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
