O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the R2 to file a final report in Crime No.109/2020. . 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, material portion of investigation has already been completed and the final report would be filed before the concerned Magistrate within a period of four weeks.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to file a final report within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
