RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted to the petitioner by this Hon`ble Court in Cr.M.P.No.3743 of 2020 in Cr.O.P(MD) No.6692 of 2020 order dated 28.07.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.DURAI PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Earlier, this Court, by order dated 28.07.2020, in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.3743 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6692 of 2020, extended the time to the petitioners to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.4, Madurai, within a period of two weeks. 2.However, according to the petitioners, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioners were not able to appear before the Magistrate concerned, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

CRL MP(MD) No.4427 of 2020 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2020 in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3743 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6692 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand only] to the credit of Mercy Home, Neserathur, Shogathur Cross Road, Dharmapuri, (Indian Overseas Bank, Dharmapuri Branch, Dharmapuri, IOB. Account No.078501000013868, IFSC Code No.IOBA0000785), failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
