Defacto Complainant Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day in Cr.No.322 of 2021, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. ORDER
This petition is filed to direct the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (PCR Court), Tirunelveli to accept the surrender of the petitioner and to consider the bail application to be filed by the petitioner on the same day in Cr.No.322 of 2021, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that totally four cases are pending against the petitioner, out of which, two cases are similar in nature.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8674 of 2021 3.Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that four cases are pending against the petitioner and taking into consideration the antecedent of the petitioner, no direction can be passed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
