This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sub Judge, Thanjavur, in I.A.No.10 of 2016 in A.S.No.26 of 2015 dated 08.06.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
