ORDER
The defendant in O.S.No.350 of 2010 on the file of the II-Additional District Munsif Court, Trichy is the revision petitioner herein. The respondent herein laid the said suit on the strength of a pro-note. The revision petitioner had filed his written statement claiming that the signature was obtained from him in an empty pro-note and has been misused. Thereafter, the present IA has been filed for referring the suit pro-note for expert opinion. The Court below rightly dismissed the said IA on the ground that the defendant is trying to wriggle out of the admissions made in his written statement.
2. This Court is of the view that the Court below rightly dismissed the IA filed by the revision petitioner. Therefore, no ground is made out for interfering with the order passed by the Court below. This Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
