Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the Petitioner for the post of Child Nutrition Worker (Anganwadi Paniyalar) at Seenangkudi Mini Anganwadi Centre, Sethidal Panchayat, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 27.8.2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed,for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to appoint the Petitioner for the post of Child Nutrition Worker(Anganwadi Paniyalar) at Seenangkudi Mini Anganwadi Centre, Sethidal Panchayat, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 27.8.2018 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Mr.S.Dhayalan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that one Jeyam has filed W.P(MD)No.20158 of 2018, it was found that she was not eligible, in which place, one Amaravathi was appointed. Subsequently, it came to light that she is also not eligible to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

said post, as her husband was a Government Servant and hence, her appointment order was recalled. Challenging the cancellation order, the said Amaravathi said to have filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.21320 of 2018 and the same is pending. 4.According to the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the case of the Petitioner will have to be considered and if found eligible, she may be appointed and that there is no assurance that she will be appointed, if she does not fulfil the prescribed norms.

5.Taking note of the above submission, the authorities concerned is directed to consider the case of the Petitioner for appointment to the post of Child Nutrition Worker(Anganwadi Paniyalar) at Seenangkudi Mini Anganwadi Centre, Sethidal Panchayat, Thiruvadanai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and take a decision and communicate the decision taken to the Petitioner, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
