O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu alleging that his daughter, namely, Priya, who is pursuing second year M.Sc., has been abducted by one, Harikrishnan. He has also lodged the police complaint.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner's daughter Priya and Harikrishnan have got married and they have also registered their marriage. The said alleged detenu has also lodged a complaint before the All Women Police Station, Thiruvarur, seeking protection from her parents in view of the inter-caste marriage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Since both the alleged detenu as well as the said Harikrishnan are major and some documents have been produced before this Court to prove their marriage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
