Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.2425/1423/C4 dated 13.05.2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional and ultravires and in consequence direct the respondents to call for tender afresh for running Prasada Stall in the temple premises of Arulmigu Mariamman temple, Samayapuram, Trichy District for Fasali 1424 (01.07.2014 to 30.06.2015 and for consequential reliefs.
