To call for the records in the judgment of the Mahila Fast Track Court, Karur in C.A. No.4 of 2013 dated 18.01.2016 confirmed the conviction and sentence passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Karur in S.C.No.5 of 2013 dated 25.04.2013 and set aside the same.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.K.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for Mr.PERUMAL.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Government Advocate (Crl Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide Order dated 26.10.2016 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10452 of 2016 in Crl.R.C(MD) No.734 of 2016 is relaxed in toto. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court in future hearings without fail.
