ORDER

This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the history sheet in H.S.No.364/2020/PDK maintained by the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2022.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2022 will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in the month of June, 2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law, in the next meeting.
