COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9645 of 2022, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 324 and 506 (II) IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act in Crime No.193 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9646 of 2022, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506 (II) IPC in Crime No.194 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
3.The petitioner/Sole Accused in Crime No.193 of 2022 is the auto driver. The petitioners/A1 and A2 in Crime No.194 of 2022 are travellers in the two wheelers. While travelling in the public road, due to clash, there was a quarrel between both the petitioners. Both of them were sustained injuries and they have filed a complaint before the respondent police. 4.As per the prosecution, due to clash between both the petitioners and they assaulted each other and also sustained injuries.
5.In view of the above, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a bail application before the Magistrate and if they files an application for bail, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider their bail application, on the same day and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving opportunity to both the parties. sd/- 25/05/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
