The petitioner seeks limited request for collection / modification of the petitioner's name as Pandiyammal instead of Rakkupandi in Patta No.240. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counself or the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for modification of the petitioner's name as "Pandiyammal" instead of "Rakkupandi" subject to the petitioner producing satisfactory documentary evidence before the 2nd respondent. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
