For Respondent : Mr.RMS.Sethuraman, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.93 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A3 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 448,427,294(b),506(i) of IPC in Cr.No.93 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute the petitioners herein abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him and also threatened with dire consequences.

3.The dispute involved in this case is civil in nature. Further civil suit is also pending for recovery of possession. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an application for bail and if they file the application for bail, the learned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
