This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.2205 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20355 of 2023 dated 20.02.2025.

2. Ms.S.Prabha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arrested in connection with another case and was therefore, unable to arrange the sureties in time. Accordingly, she seeks further time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.2205 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) 1/3

No.20355 of 2023 dated 20.02.2025.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and time is extended till 23.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.
