Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.JEYAKUMARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18140 of 2018, dated 10.10.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
