(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Tender cum Auction Sale Notice dated 16.04.2022, issued by the 1st Respondent, fixing the date of sale on 30.05.2022 at 1.00 p.m. 2.

Heard Mr.V.Veerapandian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Dilip Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the loan account of the petitioner has been regularized. Hence, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the submission of learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2 that the respondent Bank has regularized the loan account of the petitioner, pursuant to the payments made by the petitioner, following the interim directions of this Court, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
