This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned District Additional and Sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur to consider the Bail application of the petitioner in Cr.No.118 of 2024 on the same date of surrender and dispose the same on its merits in accordance with law. 2.Today(26.07.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
