ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is employed as Shift Engineer in the respondent Corporation. He claims to have acquired disability during his service. The second respondent is directed to refer the petitioner to Medical Board within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Medical Board shall examine the petitioner and submit its report to the second respondent within five weeks thereafter. Copy of the report of the Medical Board shall be furnished to the petitioner also. The respondents shall take a decision as regards giving alternative employment to the petitioner based on the opinion of the medical report. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
