to grant an extent of 5 days for compliance of the judgment in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.344 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025.

Prayer in CRL RC(MD).344 of 2025 :

This Criminal Revision Case filed under Section 397 r/w 401 Cr.P.C., to set aside and modify the condition imposed on the second petitioner shall deposit 20% of the cheque amount (i.e., Rs.36,000/-) through passed in Cr.M.P.No.4485 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023 in Crl.A.No.140 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi District.

ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the direction of this Court made in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.344 of 2025 on 18.03.2025, wherein, this Court directed the second petitioner to deposit 30% of the compensation amount on or before 01.04.2025 before the trial Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time till 07.05.2025. Accordingly, time is extended to comply with the direction of this Court in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.344 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025 till 07.05.2025. 2/3
