Respondent Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondents to permit the petitioner or its men or agent to repossess the plant and machineries belongs to the petitioners company that those are attached to the property comprised in New S.No. 333/2A and S.No.338/3A in Dhalavaipuram Panchayat within Chettiyarpatti Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2024 and thus render justice. 1/3

ORDER:- This Writ Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusal of the earlier order of this Court and the considering the letter submitted by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai in O.A.No.160/2024-DRT/MDU, dated 14.05.2025, requesting for further time of three months time for complying with the earlier order of this Court dated 28.11.2024, this Court made the following order: "A request was made by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Madurai, for extending the time by three months to dispose of the case in IA No.1876 of 2024 in OA No.160 of 2024.

2. His request is accepted.

3. Time is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order".
