PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.147 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A8, who was arrested on 26.05.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of IPC @ 366(A) of IPC and Sections 3(a), 4,5(l),6 of POCSO Act in Crime No.147 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner and the earlier petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No. 7868 of 2021 was dismissed on 18.06.2021 on the ground that from the perusal of the 164 Cr.P.C statement it is seen that the victim was forcibly taken in a car and married with the petitioner that apart he also had sexual relationship with her against her wish.

3. Since dismissal of the earlier petition there is no change in circumstances in the case to consider the present petition. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
