ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A3 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 4(1)(a) r/w 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No.162 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 24 number of tasmac (Each containing 180 ml) liquor bottles, hence the case..

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that 17 previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is having 17 similar previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
