ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 to 4 not to harass the petitioner in pursuant to the representation dated 17.10.2018.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents.

3. Perused the materials placed on record.

4. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the First Information Report is registered in Crime No.203 of 2018 as against the petitioner and investigation is pending before second respondent police.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.
