The petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition to call for the records pertaining to fair and decreetal order in I.A.No.35 of 2015 in DOP No.167 of 2014 dated 29.01.2016 on the fie of the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil.
2. The petitioner has filed a I.D.O.P. No.167 of 2014 before the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil seeking to dissolve the marriage. During the pendency of the petition, the respondent/petitioner filed I.A.No.35 of 2015 to pass an order directing the respondent to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) per month as interim alimony and a sum of Rs.15,000/-(Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) towards litigation expenses and the trial Court has allowed the interlocutory application. Aggrieved over the same, the revision petitioner has come forward with this Civil Revision Petition.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the documents available on record.
4. Considering the nature of the case, this Court is not inclined to allow the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed by confirming the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned District Judge, Kanyakumari https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
District at Nagercoil in I.A.No.35 of 2015 in I.D.O.P. No.167 of 2014 dated 29.01.2016. The learned District Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil is directed to dispose the I.D.O.P. No.167 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by conducting the trial on day to day basis without giving any adjournments to either parties and the parties are directed to give their fullest cooperation for early disposal.
