RESPONDENTS/PETITIONERS PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure, to withdraw the case in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Madurai and transfer the same to Judicial Magistrate Court at Kovilpatti.
ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letters submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Madurai vide the letters in D.No.1819/2018 dated 11.12.2018 and D.No.1854/2018 dated 21.12.2018 and in the presence of Mr.M.MAHESH KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: By Note order dated 21.12.2018, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, has requested further time of three months for disposal of the case in Crl.M.P.No.1 of 2011. 2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 08.11.2018.
