O RDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing direction to the 2nd respondent to give Police protection to the petitioner to live peacefully and safely at the petitioner residence.

2. It appears that the dispute is between the landlord and tenant. The grievance of the petitioner is that by blocking the pathway, the petitioner is not permitted by the private respondents, who are not a party to this case, in her own property.

3. This Court by order, dated 21.04.2023 directed the second respondent to make a spot visit and to file a report. Today, the second respondent present before this Court and stated that the parties are not co-operating with enquiry and hence, they are not in a position to take action against the private respondent.

4. Since the issue between the landlord and tenant, let the petitioner workout her remedy through appropriating proceedings for vacating the tenant. There is no grant of police protection to the petitioner to enter into her own property.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
