Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time in Crl.O.P. (MD),No.19947 of 2016, dated 23.03.2017, for surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. 2.It is found that this Court had granted anticipatory bail on 23.03.2017 to the petitioner. However, after a lapse of one year, the petitioner have come up with this petition, seeking extension of time.
