The learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the case submitted that the matter rather pertains to the character of public interest litigation. He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel on record also made an endorsement to that effect. This writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file PIL petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
