ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, Crime No.208 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.It is a case of chain snatching.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases. Hence, he vehemently opposed the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Taking note of the previous antecedents of the petitioner. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
