This petition has been filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.202 of 2021 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Palayamkottai Police Station, Tirunelveli City. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this matter has been completed and during the course of investigation it was referred as mistake of referred. RCS notice has also been served upon the second respondent. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
