ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to modify the condition no. 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.20810 of 2025 dated 27.01.2026 2.Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the investigation has been completed and also the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
