This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that both the parties had lodged complaints against each other and enquiry was undertaken in CSR Nos.413 and 415 of 2021 and during the course of enquiry, both the parties have agreed to settle the matter amicably and on that basis, the enquiry was closed on 30.06.2021. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further consideration or direction.
