ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 27.02.2015 and thereby direct the 3rd Respondent to make necessary entries in the Village records in respect of the petitioner's land in Survey No.230/1 located at Pudukiluvachi Village, Periyakanmoi, Sivagangai District within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
