The Writ Petition has been filed for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the respondent dated 16.12.2013 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondent to grant educational loan to the petitioner's son for the course of B.E. (Mechanical Engineering) as per bonafide certificate issued by his college.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that no application has been filed by the petitioner for grant of educational loan and the petitioner is also reported dead.
