ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and upon recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation has been completed and the first respondent police are going to file the final report before the concerned Court, this Court is going to dispose of the case on merits, at that time, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw these petitions with liberty to agitate all the grounds raised in this case before the trial Court. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the said endorsement, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to work out their remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
