This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to declare the 6th petitioner (6th appellant) as major and permit to proceed the case as a major in SA No.1633 of 2004.

2.Heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3.Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, this Court is of the view that this petition is allowed and the 6th petitioner (6th appellant) is declared as major. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main case.
