W.P.(MD).No.5823 of 2015: This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to measure and survey the property in Survey Numbers 396/6A and 396/6B Korampallam II Village Thoothukudi to the extent of 21 3/4 cents supported by registered document in document numbers 1300 of 1944 and 245 of 1954, No.

II, Sub Registrar Office Thoothukudi, by disposing of the Petitioner's application dated 26.08.2014 on merits according to law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Honourable Court. 2. Mr.S.Bharathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, these Writ Petition themselves are taken up final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that it would be suffice if the representations of the petitioners are disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioners in these Writ Petitions, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the respective petitioners, and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the adjoining owners and also affording an opportunity of hearing to the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
