This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam to dispose of the case in C.C.No.98 of 2021, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the crime is of the year 2012 and FIR came to be registered in the year 2016, but, the final report has been filed only in the year 2021. Further, the amount involved in this case is around Rs.81,50,000/- and this money is required for the purpose of his daughter's marriage and only on that ground, he seeks speedy disposal.

3. Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, to complete the trial process in C.C.No.98 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
