(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the wife of the detenue alleging that her husband has been illegally detained by the respondent police.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's husband, Dhanasekaran has been released now and he has reached home.
