2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that because of the delay in receipt of the order copy, they could not complete the investigation as directed by this Court. According to him, the order copy was received only in the month of February 2024. The time granted to complete the investigation is three months. In view of the above said submissions, this Court is inclined to grant one month further time to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation. 3.Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the Investigating Officer to complete the investigation in this case within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
