PRAYER IN REV.APLC(MD) No.27761 of 2018 Review the order passed by this Hon'ble High Court dated 08.03.2018 made in C.M.P.No.12158 of 2016 in W.A.(MD)S.R.NO.48027 of 2016 and allow this review application and thus render justice. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.V.SRIMATHI,Special Government Pleader for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by T.S.Sivagnanam, J.) Heard M/s.V.Srimathi, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioner.

2. This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 41 days in filing the above review application, which was filed to review the order in C.M.P.No.12158 of 2016. The said civil miscellaneous petition was filed to condone the delay of 264 days in filing W.A.(MD) SR No.48027 of 2016. Interestingly, there https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is a delay in filing the review application itself for which, this petition has been filed.

3. We find absolutely no justification for condoning the delay. No sufficient cause has been shown. Hence, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed. Consequently, the review application is rejected at the SR stage itself.
