ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to not cancel the Boomi Dhana Patta issued by the first respondent. The petitioner has already made a detailed representation to the respondents on 16.02.2024.

2.It would suffice to disposal of the writ petition, without going into the merits of the matter, by directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, afford an opportunity to the petitioner by way of personal hearing to advance submissions and file necessary documents and thereafter, the second respondent shall pass final orders on the petitioner's requisition dated 16.02.2024, in accordance with law and on merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.03.2025 sji 2/4
